  • PAX is a highly innovative new play. It interweaves movement, poetry, music, dialogue and visuals in an allegory of our time.

    An empty house is presided over by a keeper who has surrounded herself with objects from the 20th century. What is the terrible secret the series of bizarre events reveal! Is our culture preparing for war?

    Deborah Levy has written several plays which have been performed at the Edinburgh Festival and London Fringe venues. A published poet and short story writer, she also performs her poetry at various pubs, clubs and festivals. -A -SINGING -IN -THE -THROAT, an anthology of poetry by herself and Mine Kaylan, has just been published by Fly Press.

    Susan Todd has worked as a director since 1969. As well as directing repertory productions and on the Fringe, she also worked as director writer with Monstrous Regiment and director with the National Theatre of Brent. She has recently edited a book on women in theatre and reviewed for the New Statesman.

    Anna Furse is the founder and artistic director of Blood Group.

    Wendy Freeman is a much exhibited painter and a member of Burnt Bridges Theatre Company.

    Camilla Saunders both performs and writes music. She has worked with a number of community theatre companies and
